Pazarme.com documentation can’t answer all the possible questions. That’s when we and other users of our software can help. Below you’ll find the list of various means of communication, and what they’re good for.
  1. Help Desk is the best method for those who are already a vendor or affiliate on Pazarme.com. You will receive a guaranteed reply from the Pazarme technical support team. They will answer any questions covered by our policy and advise what to do in other cases.
We investigate problems at our customer's store and receive store access eligibility only through the Help Desk. This is also one of the places where you can report suspected bugs.
If you are not yet our vendor or affiliate, use our contact form to get a guaranteed reply. Note that if your message is under technical support, it may be automatically redirected to the Help Desk.
  1. Our forum is a place where members of the Pazarme community help each other with advice voluntarily. There are many people on this forum, including those experienced in specialised vendor or affiliate development and vendor or affiliate account configuration.
Forums can help with things beyond the reach of our technical support, such as the supply of vendor raw materials or advisory services by specific agencies or improvements to Pazarme standard functions.
