Cancellation Policy

Pazarme ensures that your order is safely delivered to you within the promised delivery timeline. However, if you have ordered a wrong product you may cancel the order through your Pazarme Account.

If it is Prepaid Order, the amount will be refunded to you in accordance with our Refund Policy. A cancellation request cannot be made after your order is dispatched.

Steps to follow

1. Login to Pazarme Account:



2. Go to My Account  > Orders:



3. Go to Order > ID:

A) Delivery-X Process Status Order:
(Work time GMT +08:00, 7:00am to 8.30pm everyday)
  1. If Status Order "Open", 3 hours in status before to next process.
  2. If Status Order "Fraud Checking", 5 hours in status before to next process.
  3. If Status Order "Processed", 5 hours in status before to next process.
  4. If Status Order "Awaiting Call", 3 hours in status before to next process.
  5. If Status Order "Complete", 8 hours in status before to next process.
  6. If Status Order "Delivery-X" local, 2 to 3 day in status until to your door.
  7. If Status Order "Customs Checking" cross-border, 48 hours in status before to next process.
  8. If Status Order "Delivery-X" cross-border, 3 to 14 day in status until to your door.
B) Delivery-G (O2O) Process Status Order:
(Work time GMT +08:00, 5:00am to 11.30pm everyday)
Delivery-G (O2O) service only for Malaysia for this time.
  1. If Status Order "Open", 5 minutes in status before to next process.
  2. If Status Order "Fraud Checking", 10 minutes in status before to next process.
  3. If Status Order "Processed", 15 minutes in status before to next process.
  4. If Status Order "Awaiting Call", 5 minutes in status before to next process.
  5. If Status Order "Pick-up", 15 minutes in status before to next process.
  6. If Status Order "Complete", 15 minutes in status before to next process.
  7. If Status Order "Delivery-G" local, 1 to 5 hours in status until to your door.

C) For example (status order) :

  1. Have a order number ID #292 > Click #292.
  2. If status order still open, you can request to cancel this order.
  3. If status order show Complete, this means your order a ready to Delivery/Shipping. This is last process if you need cancel your order.

4. Click Communication > Click Write a Review:






5. Click Write a Review > Type Your Message > Submit:

Write your reason, why you need Request to Cancel this Order. And click submit.



6. Click Order > View Status:



7. Go to Search option > Click:




Please Note:
  1. If it is Prepaid Order, the amount will be refunded to you, in accordance with our Refund Policy.
  2. A cancellation request cannot be made after your order is delivery.

ORDER CANCELLATION BY PAZARME

Under some rare situations, Pazarme or any of our sellers/vendor can also raise an order cancellation request. These situations could be:
  1. Product out of stock with the seller/vendor.
  2. Restrictions on the number of products you can order, as per Terms & Conditions of any Offer/Discount.
  3. Incorrect pricing or description of the product.
  4. Payment fraud suspicion by our Credit & Fraud Avoidance Department.
  5. Incorrect or Incomplete Buyer's Address.
  6. Non serviceability of Buyer’s address by our courier partners or sellers/vendor of the *Order Transfer Marketplace.
*In case of order cancellation by a seller/vendor due to non-availability of the product, we would transfer your order to another seller/vendor, who can fulfill your requirement. If your order is not fulfilled by our seller/vendor after your payment has been done, the paid amount will be refunded to you, in accordance with our Refund Policy. We will notify you at your registered email address if an order cancellation happens due to any reason. You can also learn about your order status at //myaccount.pazarme.com. 1. How can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order if it is not shipped. Please login to your Pazarme account for initiating the cancellation & follow the given process: 
Sign-In -> My Account -> My Orders -> Cancellation Request.

2. Can I modify my order?

Yes, you can modify the following details of your order as long as it has not been ready to delivery.

3. Can I change quantity of my order?

We recommend you to place a new order for the same product with changed quantity.
